Key Responsibilities & Duties
Our care is available 24/7, offering flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and overnights. Primary duties include:
- Personalized Clinical Care: Delivering premium support tailored to individual care plans developed by our Registered Nurses (Care Designers).
- Daily Living Assistance: Helping clients with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Mobility & Transport: Providing safe transportation and genuine companionship.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate clinical records and reporting client concerns to ensure safety and quality of life.
Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of In-Home Care, successful candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Certification: Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care / Disability.
- Compliance: A current National Police Check (Vulnerable Persons Sector) and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- NDIS Standards: Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Mobility: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Communication: Professional fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
